Established in 2010, RCP Ground Rent Management Limited is a privately owned property services company which benefits from the combined experience, depth of knowledge and expertise of its directors and property team of over 50 years.
Since 2010 we have grown into a national company, allowing us to add services without losing sight of customer service. Features such as advanced reporting software, experienced managers and administration teams, full in-house accounting and industry-recognised management software are used to provide our clients and their homeowners with a highly efficient and cost-effective service.
We offer a comprehensive range of services focused on all aspects of freehold management, which includes advising Landlords on best practice regarding issues such as rent collection, acquisitions, disposals , lease extensions and enfranchisements.

Clive Rayden
Director
Clive Rayden has nearly 40 years of working in property services, he has accumulated a great deal of experience in the residential ground rent sector. Clive also, has a wide range of knowledge in other areas of property management, including residential and public house assets.
Paul Rayden
Director
Paul Rayden is a highly experienced property services executive having worked in the residential ground rent sector for over 35 years. His experience includes being CEO of one of the largest national residential service charge management groups which, at the time of his exit, managed over 55,000 units and employed 270 people in 8 offices. Paul’s advice is sought from a variety of clients, both in terms of size and profile, with respect to landlord & tenant issues, lease extensions and general ground rent management.
Jake Marsh
Property and Administration Manager
Jake Marsh comes from an account management and business development background with a strong client focus. With a particular interest in ground rent management, Jake leads the property and administration team in all aspects of the day to day management of our clients’ portfolios.
Georgina Garrity
BSc FCA Finance Director
Georgina Garrity is a Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years experience in both owner managed businesses and Global PLC’s. Georgina is experienced in property management, investment and computer software industries, all contributing to valuable insights that benefit the company and clients. Georgina’s strength is ensuring accuracy and completeness of accounting records in accordance with FRS. She ensures compliance is always a priority including AML regulations and with regulated authorities including the FCA. Georgina strongly believes in people, process and profit.
Ed Lambert-Monger
IT Manager
Ed Lambert-Monger has over 25 years experience within the IT industry ranging from data analysis, key reporting solutions, implementing networks, communication and server platforms. Developing existing ERP/CRM solutions and managing system migrations. Managing overall data and system security across both hardware and software solutions, utilising ITIL frameworks for best practice for all key systems of the business.
